Caffè Latte

This Italian coffee beverage is a perfect morning pick-me-up!

1 cup milk
1/3 cup hot freshly brewed espresso*
Caffè Latte
In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a boil over low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the milk to a blender; blend until foamy. Pour the espresso into a large cup and spoon milk on top.
