Glazed Brunch Bacon

Glazed Brunch Bacon
1 lb. thickly sliced smoked bacon
1 Tbsp. Millstone® Foglifter® Coffee*
1 tsp. flour
1/3 cup very finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
Glazed Brunch Bacon

Place the bacon slices in a single layer onto a broiler pan or on a rack. Place in a shallow baking pan. Thoroughly blend together the sugar, coffee, flour and pecans. Sprinkle evenly over the bacon. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Remove from pan onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve hot.

Serves 4

*You may also use Millstone® Colombian Supremo or Mocha Java.
