Rich Mocha Sauce
A yummy coffee-flavored topping for ice cream or cake.
8 oz. semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup strong, brewed Millstone® Coffee (use 1-1/2 Tbsp. per serving)
1/2 cup heavy cream
Combine all ingredients in small heavy saucepan. Heat over gentle heat until chocolate is melted. (Do not overheat.) Whisk into a smooth, shiny mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Makes about 1 cup
