Fluffy Orange Butter

A delicious brunch recipe from chef Janine MacLachlan.

Fluffy Orange Butter
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. orange zest
2 tsp. fresh-squeezed orange juice
Fluffy Orange Butter

Cream the butter with a rubber spatula. Stir in sugar until evenly mixed. Add orange zest and juice and stir to combine. Transfer to a small serving bowl. Keep tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Makes about ¼ cup
