Cinnamon Sugar Butter

A delicious brunch recipe from chef Janine MacLachlan.

Cinnamon Sugar Butter
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar Butter

Cream sugar and cinnamon into butter using rubber spatula or wooden spoon. Keep tightly covered in the refrigerator up to three weeks.

Makes about ¼ cup
