It all began in 1981 when Phil Johnson started selling 5-lb sacks of whole-bean Arabicas to gourmet shops in the Seattle area. This marked the start of fresh, high-quality whole-bean coffee in stores. Living the motto of "Gourmet Coffee Everyday," Phil saw demand soar, and soon he was supplying supermarkets with bins and filling them with premium whole beans.

Although a cup of coffee takes just minutes to enjoy, at Millstone, perfecting our products is a lifelong passion. We select and roast only the world's finest premium and Arabica coffee beans. Our aim is to produce varietals, blends, and flavors to suit every palate.

Today, you can buy Millstone Coffee in locations across the country. The coffee continues to be directly delivered to retailers, to ensure its fresh taste and aroma.
