less acidic taste than other dark roasts. This dark roast has an intense, bold flavor with a deep, rich
aroma. It's also excellent for brewing espresso!
The Italian name "cappuccino" comes from the long, pointed cowl, or cappuccino, that was worn as part
of the habit of the Capuchin Order of Friars.
