Our darkest roast, this certified organic, premium Arabica coffee is handpicked high in Mexico's
southern mountain ranges. This mellow, yet hearty full-bodied coffee is slow roasted to lock bittersweet
smokiness in each bean.
To make a traditional Mayan coffee: For every 1/4 cup of ground coffee, add 1/4 tsp. of
nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. of cayenne, and ground unsweetened chocolate to taste.
Our organic coffee meets all of the standards put forth by the U.S. government, including growth
on land without the use of synthetic pesticides, and growers follow a sustainable crop plan to prevent soil erosion.
